Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer fast, reliable delivery on all orders to selected countries.

  • United Kingdom: Standard delivery via DPD, typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • United States & Canada: Standard delivery via FedEx, typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Europe & Rest of World: Standard international delivery via FedEx, typically delivered within 3–6 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

“Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in both the UK and the destination country.

Processing times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times and service

  • During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; you will be notified if we expect any significant delay.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the FedEx service selected.
  • The exact shipping cost will be shown before you confirm and pay for your order.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (UK) or 10 working days of dispatch (international), please contact us so we can investigate.
