Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer fast, reliable delivery on all orders to selected countries, completely free of charge.

  • United States: Standard delivery via FedEx, typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom: Standard delivery via DPD, typically delivered within 4–8 working days after dispatch.
  • Europe, Australia, Canada, UAE & Hong Kong: Standard international delivery via FedEx, typically delivered within 4–8 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. This includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
  • Japan, New Zealand & South Africa: Standard international delivery via FedEx, typically delivered within 4–12 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

"Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in both the UK and the destination country.

Processing times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times and service

  • Delivery times above are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
  • During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; you will be notified if we expect any significant delay.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping is free on all orders to the destinations listed above.
  • We currently do not ship to countries not listed above. If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK) or 15 working days of dispatch (international), please contact us so we can investigate.
